Diipsolution provides a digital space where service providers can showcase their skills, gain visibility, and grow their clientele.Project Overview – Talent Hunt Initiative:
The Diipsolution Talent Hunt Project is a strategic recruitment and talent-mapping initiative designed to identify, engage, and onboard skilled service providers onto the Diipsolution platform. The project aims to expand our database of credible professionals and artisans across multiple categories – from fashion designers and electricians to tech freelancers and business consultants – who can offer services through our platform.Project Objective:
To carry out grassroots outreach, identify, evaluate, and onboard skilled individuals and service providers across various regions to join the Diipsolution platform. This effort will strengthen Diipsolution’s value proposition as a hub of verified and quality service providers.Position Title:
Talent Acquisition AgentLocation:
Various cities and communities across Nigeria (or target country/region).Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Talent Agent, your core responsibilities will include:- Conducting field research to identify skilled artisans, professionals, and service providers.
- Engaging potential service providers and educating them about the benefits of joining Diipsolution.
- Assisting with the registration process for new service providers on the Diipsolution platform.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of verified service providers.
- Providing basic technical assistance or guidance on platform usage where necessary.
- Reporting feedback, challenges, and progress to the project coordinator.
- Maintaining accurate records of field activities and sign-ups.
Candidate Qualifications:
We welcome applications from candidates with the following educational background:- National Certificate in Education (NCE)
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND)/Higher National Diploma (HND) from a Polytechnic
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Required Skills:
Candidates should possess strong:- Sales and marketing skills – especially grassroots or field marketing experience.
- Interpersonal and relationship-building skills – ability to build rapport with people from various backgrounds.
- Communication skills – clear and persuasive communication, both verbal and written.
- Persuasion and negotiation abilities – to onboard service providers effectively.
- Basic digital literacy – ability to use mobile apps and digital tools for registration and communication.
Preferred Traits:
- Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Passion for community engagement and empowerment.
- Previous experience in field marketing, community mobilization, or talent recruitment is an added advantage.
